You know what’s worse than being so 🤬🤬🤬🤬 frustrated you just can’t stand it?!?

It’s called ‘being the source, the cause and the sole reason for your own frustration’.


We all experience self-created frustration

That’s where I found myself this week.

Self-created frustration.
And deeeep IN it, too!!!

And it’s why I made this video yesterday.

Because I know I’m not alone.

Because it’s ok to feel bunched up inside and scrunched up outside.

::: you never have to move in there :::
